The clean pool and hot tub was refreshing. The staff were genuinely helpful. The hotel's layout is a bit confusing, with several room entrances outside, which raises concerns about security and ease of navigation.

Smoke-free hotel with very, very nice and extremely great staff and great views of the lake and bridges. Exceptionally comfortable room and clean bathroom with a shower, a hairdryer and bath sheets. Paid US$ 91. Fine stay on a long road trip.

I was frustrated when I arrived to find the restaurant and bar closed for three days without notice. I don't understand why a hotel would advertise such amenities when they are unreliable. To top it off, I paid $166 for an average room, and there was no continental breakfast included! This level of service is unacceptable.
